The location was marvellous and fab: a shopping mall and convenience stores were within walking distance. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Earl's Kitchen & Bar. The restaurant was very nice for lunch here, I had amazing dishes.

Everything was first-class and met required needs. We were in a magnificent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a long-standing multilevel urban mall. It also was in downtown Toronto.

This is a hotel go-to for Toronto! Having a living room and blinds in our spacious room. The location is great and amazing, at a short distance from an ice hockey museum. You could walk to a convenience store and convenience stores. The great restaurant for the price at bosk restaurant is a nice plus.

The weather was wonderful, had great stay for a business trip. The room was new-fashioned and the location particularly good, in financial district. Moreover, it's near Roy Thomson Hall as well as the Museum of Fine Arts of the City Museum. I had a continental breakfast, the food was EXCELLENT.

I liked this property - exceptional and simply stunning hotel.
The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and particularly helpful. Had brand-new, great-sized room with lovely L'Occitaine products in the bathroom, a great view plus the latest features. The stay was absolutely amazing; no complaints whatsoever.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the luxurious and spacious rooms, the friendly staff, and the fantastic location. The healthy breakfast options and the convenient access to nearby sights and tourist destinations were perfect for our stay. The hotel's fitness and pool amenities were also useful and relaxing.

My partner and I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Toronto for a weekend getaway. The 15th floor suites had stunning views and the bathroom was beautifully designed with Statuario marble. We loved relaxing on the sun deck and the lobby drinks were a fun touch. The staff provided exceptional service, upgrading our room for my partner's birthday and surprising us with a complimentary bottle of wine. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool and spa facilities were amazing. The concierge even managed to secure last-minute Blue Jays tickets for us. a fantastic experience.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
